Conception

It is an up-to-date shopping-entertaining center, which includes space for shops, services, fast food and entertainment. The complex is being developed according to the conception of regional shopping center, and will meet all modern standards on technical supply (engineering communications, escalators, lifts and so forth), and also will have genuine architectural treatment of a facade and internal space. It is the unique project in Sumy of such conception and such scale for now. Term of delivery in operation – 2009.
