Types of land potentially interesting for the company

I Type — total area from 0.3 Hectare

Center of the city or close districts

II Type — total area 1.2—2 Hectare

Within a housing estate with many-storied buildings, on the site of or near a marketplace.

III Type — total area 2.5—5 Hectare

Main thoroughfares of a city, junctions of big residential areas. We are particularly interested in sites on big crossroads and traffic interchanges (metro stations, where available), and marketplaces.

IV Type — total area 8—40 Hectare

Thoroughfares between main places of citizens’ concentration with transport availability, by-pass highways, sites on long-distance routes within city boundaries.

Main requirements to the land

• Going out on the red line with not less than 80, 120 and 200 meters for each type of land accordingly, starting from the second one
• The land must have more or less squared shape without great bends and bottlenecks
• Absence of great (more than 5 meters) overfalls in relief
• Possibility of redemption or abstraction on terms of long lease
• The land should not be situated in a completely industrial zone
